If you do not receive email from Accredion, there is a good chance our emails are ending up in your spam folder.

Please check your spam folder for emails from Accredion.

To avoid our emails ending up in your spam folder, please add [email protected] to your email whitelist. Note that this is an address from which we send our automated emails, to which you cannot send replies.

We send emails in the following cases:

  • When signing up (to confirm your email address)
  • When you submit your application for accreditation
  • When your application status changes
  • When you are being invited to join a group
  • When you delete your account

Depending on the choices of the event organiser you may receive additional emails from Accredion.
