Photo requirements exampleOften, an event organiser chooses to personalise your accreditation badge by printing your photo on it. Accreditation badges with photo identification contribute to security at an event. To ensure proper visibility, these photos often have to meet the requirements of a passport-style photo.

While requirements may vary at different events, always make sure your photo:

  • shows your entire face, without glasses, looking into the camera with a neutral facial expression;
  • has been recently taken (e.g. not older than six months);
  • is in colour and has no filters applied;
  • has a properly contrasting uniform background, without shadow.

After uploading your photo to your application form, you can use the crop tool to adjust the photo to meet the requirements.
